Superyachts are awe-inspiring by design, but regattas are a sight to behold: this is where these vessels are tested to their fullest potential.

This year, Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP) will again oversee the race, ensuring safety and smooth racing proceedings throughout the Palma regatta. We can expect to see a range of superyacht classes: the historic J Class, Café Racer, Corinthian and the core superyachts, alongside a new Multihull division. The Multihull class will debut this season, marking the first multihull class in the regatta’s history and signalling the rise of multihulls and the event’s continuous push for innovation.

When it comes to the social activities, participants can expect a four-day program filled with racing, dockside mingling, and cocktail parties.

Palma, Mallorca: A Sailors Paradise

This island has been the ideal location for the Superyacht Cup Palma for decades, thanks to its calm waters, sunny weather, and reliable breezes that draw sailors from all over the globe. Palma does more than just serve as the starting point for sailing; it also sets the mood for the event.

After a high-wind race, walking through Palma’s narrow streets, taking in the sights, and relaxing at its many beach clubs is the perfect way to end the day. Palma has long been graced by a plethora of superyachts making their way along the Med, but the island itself has plenty to offer, and it’s thrilling regattas are just one of many highlights.

This racing season promises an unforgettable spectacle, with competitive spirits on the water by day and lively celebrations ashore by night.
